The project consists the construction of a 12 key “Auberge”, breakfast area, kitchen,
reception, ski room, etc…. In Nodic Pine P-LAM structure, full wood interior partitions,
wood false ceilings, wood double glazed windows, …
A restaurant of a capacity of 500 plates with 3 underground parking floors, staff accommodation quarters, central kitchen, cold rooms, pool showers and external grounds.
An infinity heated pool connects the Auberge to the Restaurant.
The underground structure is made of reinforced concrete, while the upper floors are strictly in structural timber made in and imported of Nordic Pine.
All interior floors, ceilings, partition walls, bathrooms are in wood.
Main shell is completed.
