Headquarters of Lebanon’s largest IT company. 35,000 m² of built-up area including offices, warehouses, and parking. Double-skin façades and modular office spaces. Located adjacent to the Beirut river where a high water table is present, diaphragm walls were dug and poured to provide 2 full parking levels of 4,000 m2 each under the water table.
Full management of the project including bidding and awards, strict budgeting and quality control, coordination with Lombardini 22 Architects out of Milano, Italy, local engineers, local building laws, General Contractors, and various owner-assigned contractors.
