The Delhamieh Development, Lebanon
The Delhamieh Development is a 4-million m² stretch of raw land studied to be developed into a multi-use project that contains an 18-hole golf course in a country club setting, a shopping mall, schools, a town center, two 5-star hotels, a marina, and the subdivision of around 1,000 plots of land for sale, with the associated infrastructure system.
Interviewed 8 architectural and urban planning design firms from the United States who priced the project’s design. Carried out negotiations until a contract was awarded to the international firm RTKL out of Washington DC and Desmond Murhead out of Montreal for the golf course design. Coordinated and reviewed the land’s slopes, views, and dispositions to produce different options and set-ups of the various components of the project.
Charabaty Building, Bayada, Lebanon
Base building and interior finishing works of 5 x 550m2 luxury apartments plus 2 parking levels, were managed using the Construction Management method.
Multiple subcontractors were hired and managed to complete this high luxury project with high standards, on time, and on budget.

A luxurious residential building of 14 floors comprising 4 underground parking levels, a ground floor entrance, 8 apartments of 420 m² each , and a duplex of 650 m².

1157 Achrafieh Residential Building, Beirut
An 11-storey luxurious residential building including 9 X 300 m² units and 1 duplex on 11 floors. Apartments were sold at the concrete stage and modified to each owner’s individual interior design.
Base building as well as interior tenant fit out and decoration works on all units were managed and completed to high quality standards.

3,500 m2 of built up area housing one luxury 270m2 apartment per floor, three underground parking and service levels were effectively managed and completed on time, on budget, and with high quality.

Mouawad Residential Tower Achrafieh, Beirut
Owner Representative on a the construction of a high luxury residential building of 21 floors housing 16 500m2 apartments, with a unique design featuring an aluminum/steel façade, special solid marble cladding imported from Italy, luxurious marble and Onyx interiors.
The building has a 2-meter thick mat foundation that took 30 hours of continuous pouring.
