Villa Jabbour is a private residence comprising 5 floors of living space with a total area of 1,400 m² built in a traditional Lebanese architectural setting.
The villa has high luxury finishes with modern interiors combined with old-styled traditional exterior. All stone arches and Mandalouns have been carefully carved on site out of solid stone.
Managed the project from excavation to interior decoration and move-in. Implemented special quality control and scheduling programs to assure the timely completion and superior quality of work. Followed meticulous budgeting procedures and updating to keep the project on track.
Chamoun Villa, constructed as a lavish 4-floor 3,000m2 private villa built in an American/Lebanese mixed aspect on an 8,500 m² land parcel. Constructed with solid stone columns, cornices, and planters with a stone fence all around the property and a service building for a guard, a gardener, and a driver.
This project consisted of fully renovating the 1,700 m² mansion with its 6,000 m² of gardens, and turning it into 4 separate luxury apartments without changing the exterior facades.
Managed the execution of the project with full coordination with the architect, engineers, and interior designer.
Managed the multiple subcontractors, coordination with existing conditions, and full execution of all trades including meticulous and intricate interior details with Mr. Michel Harmouche, the interior designer.
